Terms of Service

ArchitectTM is the Institutional Intelligence Platform of SLMS Corporation. It applies the philosophy, principles, and frameworks of Blueprint by DesignTM to help BuildersTMdiscover, evaluate, design, and develop customized Blueprint PortfoliosTM.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use ArchitectTM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

• Provide accurate account and Builder ProfileTM information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Do not misuse the Service, including: unlawful activity, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, probing or scraping, or interference with security.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs beyond the license granted below.

ArchitectTM uses Build CreditsTM as the internal unit of investment for building your Blueprint PortfolioTM. Free accounts receive 50 Build CreditsTM per calendar month. Additional Build CreditsTM may be purchased in packs or bundled with a Builder MembershipTM.

• Build CreditsTM are a limited license to consume ArchitectTM features and are not currency, securities, or a stored-value instrument.
• Build CreditsTM have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Unused purchased Build CreditsTM roll over via the Credit VaultTM while your membership remains active.
• Free monthly Build CreditsTM do not accumulate across months.

Purchases of Build CreditsTM and Builder MembershipsTM are processed by our online reseller, Paddle. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all orders and provides customer service inquiries and refund handling. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Recurring memberships renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled through your Paddle receipt or by contacting support.

You own the Blueprint PortfolioTM artifacts, documents, and inputs you create using ArchitectTM. You grant SLMS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

SLMS retains all rights, title, and interest in ArchitectTM, Blueprint by DesignTM, Blueprint StandardTM, the Eight Foundational PillarsTM, associated frameworks, trademarks, software, models, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

ArchitectTM provides guidance, frameworks, and generated portfolio content to support your work as a BuilderTM. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, funding, spiritual, ministry, professional, or personal result. Your judgment and effort are essential.

ArchitectTM uses artificial intelligence to generate portfolio content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for your prompts, for reviewing and verifying outputs, for ensuring you have rights to any inputs you provide, and for how you use outputs. ArchitectTM does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

You must not use ArchitectTM to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates another person, or to create deepfakes or malware.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLMS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLMS's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to SLMS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. SLMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to ArchitectTM at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, legal obligation, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; you may request an export of your Blueprint PortfolioTM during a reasonable window prior to deletion.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SLMS Corporation is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
