Privacy Policy

ArchitectTM collects the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password credentials, sign-in identifiers (including OAuth identifiers such as Google).
• Builder ProfileTM data: preferred name, organization, position, industry, location, biography, expertise, and links you provide.
• Blueprint ProfileTM data: vision, mission, purpose, values, goals, challenges, and other reflective content you enter.
• Uploaded documents and content: files, notes, and portfolio artifacts you upload to your Blueprint PortfolioTM.
• Consultation notes: conversation history with ArchitectTM, decision ledger entries, and Chief Architect ReviewTM outputs.
• Payment-related records: Build CreditsTM ledger, transaction identifiers, and membership status. Card and billing details are collected by our payment processor, Paddle, and are not stored by SLMS.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser, device identifiers, log events, and interaction telemetry used for security, debugging, and product improvement.

SLMS uses your information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve ArchitectTM, including generating Blueprint PortfolioTM artifacts tailored to your Builder ProfileTM.
• Authenticate accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain platform security.
• Process purchases of Build CreditsTM and memberships (through Paddle) and record entitlement in your Blueprint WalletTM.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and support.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal bases include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (product security and improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

SLMS applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect BuilderTM data, including encryption in transit, access controls, environment isolation, and regular review of platform security. No system is perfectly secure; we work to promptly investigate and address any suspected incident.

We share information only with parties that support the Service, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our application and database.
• Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• AI model providers that process BuilderTM prompts to generate portfolio content, subject to their processing terms.
• Analytics and error-monitoring services used to keep ArchitectTM reliable.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable (e.g., UK/EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep account, Builder ProfileTM, and Blueprint PortfolioTM data for the life of your account and for a limited period afterwards to satisfy legal, tax, and operational requirements. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent.
• Complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise a right or request deletion of your BuilderTMaccount and associated Blueprint PortfolioTM, email privacy@slms.co. We will respond within the period required by applicable law (generally within one month).

ArchitectTM uses cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the Service secure, plus limited analytics used to understand and improve product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
